We engineered the core API infrastructure that manages audio processing, provider orchestration, background job execution, and order lifecycle management across multiple speech-to-text vendors. The backend handles everything from audio ingestion and intelligent provider routing to workflow execution, task assignment, transcript generation, and delivery.

Designed as a multi-tenant SaaS platform, the system supports organization-specific pricing, custom templates, white-label outputs, and secure integrations with third-party enterprise tools. Through asynchronous processing, fault-tolerant pipelines, and robust data isolation, the backend reliably processes high volumes of transcription requests while maintaining accuracy, performance, and operational visibility for enterprise clients.
